You will work for a well established, leading company who have been in business for over 70 years. This company is a highly reputable business who value their customers and employees.
Your new role
You will work in a small team and will report to one of the Directors. Duties will include client bookkeeping using Sage 50 software; maintenance of client VAT records; bank lodgements; financial information reporting; use of management software and office duties such as greeting clients; operation of telephone switchboard, filing and photocopying.
What you'll need to succeed
- Good bookkeeping knowledge
- Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- GCSE (or equivalent) English Language & Maths at minimum grade C
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
Desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of Sage Line 50 Accounting software
- Knowledge of payroll
What you'll get in return
You will work for a well established company on a full-time permanent basis, hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
