Due to continued growth and expansion this company requires an experienced Accounting Technician to join their team.
Your new role
As Accounting Technician you will report to the Managing Director of the company. You will play an integral part in the business managing the finance function. Duties will include: manage the company's finance and accounting functions; provide monthly management accounts and reports for the Managing Director; liaise with Government bodies and banks etc with regard to all legislative returns and communications; inter-company transactions; payroll; cash flow management; assist with budgets; supplier queries; accounts payable and accounts receivable duties and other accounting duties as requested.
- Qualified Accounting Technician or part-qualified accountant with at least 3 years experience
- IT proficient with knowledge of Excel and Sage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent time management skills
