Centre of Excellence for Digital Transformation in the UK and European Insurance market now recruiting in the North West
The Alchemy Technology Services Academy is supported by the Department for the Economy and delivered in partnership with the Northwest Regional College.
The 5-week programme will equip graduates with relevant technology skills and certifications that are in demand in the Insurance Industry and enable the transition from university to a fulfilling career in an exciting marketplace.
Previous experience is not required but a good academic result (such as a BSC in Computer Science or equivalent from third level institution) is desirable with the minimum level of education required to be successful in the role being a HND in an IT related discipline.
Ideally applicants would have a grounding in Java, .Net, C# or C++ and an awareness of Object-Oriented Design principles.
A degree in a Business / Finance discipline with technology included will also be considered with any European language skills being a plus.
The Alchemy roles may require extensive travel in both the UK and Europe, as you will work on-site with Industry leading clients gaining hands-on commercial experience.
Starting salary of £20,000 with quarterly performance bonus.
For the duration of the programme participants will be paid £150 training allowance per week plus travel expenses.
