Temporary Purchase Administrator

3-month Temporary position (possible permanent position for right candidate)
40 Hours a week (Mon-Fri)
Our client a leading Engineering company in Cookstown have an immediate requirement for a Temp Purchasing Administrator to support the overall functionality of the procurement team on a temporary 3-month basis. It is essential that the person can utilise Excel, Sage and the bespoke in-house systems. The main focus of this role will be on volume of data and IT literacy.
Duties and responsibilities:
·Validate and transfer Bills of Materials onto Sage 1000 computer system
·Produce weekly open order reports and circulate to Suppliers
·Record accurate information within internal systems and databases
·Generate indirect Purchase Orders to Buyer approval stage
·Actively participate in stock takes
·Any other ad hoc duties that may be required

Experience: Essential criteria:
