Honeycomb is delighted to be working with one of the UK and Irelands largest building materials manufacturers in hopes of recruiting a new Technical Administrator.
The client is a market leader in the building materials and products market. The company has continued its growth and success hence the need of a new Technical Administrator. The role will be based in the company's headquarters located in Cookstown.
In the role you will be responsible for taking any sales enquiries via telephone and email, entering all technical information into the company systems in an accurate and timely manner. You will also be liaising with the technical team regarding any customer queries and performing typical administrative duties.
The right person for this role will have brilliant attention to detail, have great communication skills both verbally and written, have strong customer service experience, be very organised and proficient in IT including MS Excel. Experience working within a similar role within the manufacturing and construction sector is preferred.
