Your new role
You will be responsible for providing support to the sales team and estimating team. You will work closely with sales reps, they will send you details of customers orders which you will input onto the computer system, you will speak with customers and take detailed orders, process orders, create dispatch paperwork. You will also answer customer calls and deal with queries in a professional manner, log technical queries and any other general administration duties

What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 1 years administration experience and proficient in using all Microsoft office packages
