A fantastic opportunity to work for a large distribution organisation based in Dungannon. This organisation is a market leader in their industry. Due to expansion they are recruiting for a Office Sales Administrator on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will be responsible for taking high volume customer orders, including sales order processing, creating all paperwork including invoicing, and purchase orders and taking customer and supplier payments. You will also be responsible for providing price quotes to customers and following up on price quotes. You will answer incoming calls and deal with and resolve all customer queries. You will also assist with organising transport for deliveries.
You will be responsible for other administration duties such as completing weekly and monthly reports, posting invoices, credit notes and statements, maintaining customer database, data entry duties, website maintenance
Hours of work are week 1 - 7.30 - 4.30 and week 2 - 9-5.30
What you'll need to succeed
You must have 2 years experience in a similar role, experience in sales order processing. You will have excellent organisational and planning skills and excellent attention to detail. You will be proficient in all Microsoft packages including word, excel
