Your new role
The hours of work are Monday - Friday 9-5. Salary is circa £18k. You will be responsible for general reception duties such as answering calls, putting customers through to the relevant departments, taking messages, dealing with queries, incoming emails and post. You will deal with customers requesting product samples. You will record which products, product descriptions, liaise with production department to organise and arrange delivery of samples with courier company's.
You will be responsible for any other general administration duties such as word processing, data entry, updating database and systems, filing, faxing etc.
You will have your own office, a peace and calm working environment but also have access to other departments to build and be part of a great working environment and atmosphere.
