A fantastic opportunity to work for a passionate, innovative company based in Cookstown with a fantastic company culture. . This organisation is a market leader in their industry. Due to expansion they are recruiting for a Contracts Administrator on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the engineers and the technical managers in a busy office environment. Responsibilities include assisting with managing customers projects, get updates on their progress, provide support in dealing with their queries, logging technical queries onto the system and ensuring system is kept up to date.
You will also be responsible for running reports, inputting of orders and other administration duties such as filing, faxing, emailing, word processing etc
What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent organisation skills and communication skills and have the ability to use all Microsoft packages including excel.
