Part time Sales support Executive ( 3 days a week)

This company is in a great location with attractive luxury offices. This is a maternity cover contract position, for 9-12 months and working 3 days a week.
Your new role
You will work as part of a team and be responsible for phoning their loyal customers from an ERP list to generate repeat orders, then process the customers orders, create dispatch and customer paperwork, create customs paperwork. You will also be required to research and identity potential new customers and leads for the sales reps to chase. You will provide administration support to a sales rep and also plan his diary and any other customer service and administration duties
What you'll need to succeed
You will have one years experience working in a sales admin or sales support role
