Hays are recruiting on behalf of their client a respected building services company based in Omagh to recruit an Office Administrator to join their growing team. This is a full time, permanent position, standard office hours however the company do offer flexible working patterns where necessary.
Your new role
As Office Administrator you will report to senior management and will provide a high level of administrative support to the office. You will ensure the smooth day to day running of the office, monitor all email correspondence, manage a busy calendar, organise meetings and events when required, book travel arrangements, screen and take calls, order office supplies, complete administration for expenses, maintain company social media sites and help to increase social media presence and any other administrative and ad hoc duties as and when required.
What you'll need to succeed
As Office Administrator you will have a qualification in Office/Business Administration or equivalent, at least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role providing administrative support to senior management and good IT skills with a knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. As Office Administrator you will also have the ability to manage and prioritise your workload, work on your own initiative and as part of a team and also have strong organisation and communication skills. Knowledge of Sage Line 50 Accounts would be desirable but not essential.
