Office Administrator, Immediate start, temporary to permanent opportunity

Hays are working on behalf of a leading Engineering company based just outside Omagh to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team. This position will start temporary with the view to becoming permanent.
Your new role
As Administrator you will play a key role in a busy office environment. Responsibilities will include working closely with Engineers and allocating jobs accordingly, coding and scanning details of jobs, sending data to Head Office, processing paperwork for jobs completed so they can be invoiced accordingly, answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries efficiently, responding to emails and general office administration duties.
What you'll need to succeed
As Office Administrator it is important that you can demonstrate recent experience within a busy office environment. You will have excellent IT and communication skills.
