Due to expansion they are now recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on a permanent basis. The hours of work is 9-5.30.
Your new role
You will join a well established team, be part of a great working environment and atmosphere working alongside a dedicated and supportive team. You will be responsible for answering calls, dealing with customer queries, recording any customer queries or complaints on their CRM system, taking customer orders, processing customer orders with high attention to detail, providing all dispatch paperwork for customers.
You will also be responsible for arranging product samples to be sent to customers, keeping customers up to date regarding delivery schedules, and any other general administration duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 1 years administration experience and competent in the use of all Microsoft office packages
