My client, a leading packaging firm with a BRC Grade AA in Dungannon is now recruiting for a Quality Improvement Lead on a full-time, permanent contract.
Your new role
The Quality Improvement Lead will work collaboratively across all functions of the business. You will be responsible for leading the continual improvement of the site's manufacturing quality assurance systems and standards. The Quality Improvement Lead will assist in the delivery of the site quality strategy through the identification and improvement of opportunities within quality assurance and food safety. You will promote a high-performance culture and provide leadership to ensure that quality, food safety and compliance is maintained at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role of the Quality Improvement Lead you will have a 3rd level qualification (preferably; Food, Science, Engineering or Technology) with 1-3 years' relevant experience in a Quality Assurance function within FMCG, food, drink or a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
