Your new role
You will work along side a team of 2 others. You will be responsible for all HR admin duties such as advertising jobs, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, issuing contracts and offer letters, monitoring time keeping and attendance, completing return to work documents with staff, inviting candidates to disciplinary's and sitting in on meetings and taking notes.
You will also be responsible for checking staffs hours are correct, making any necessary adjustments and transferring staffs hours onto their sage payroll system. You may also be required to carry out any other administration duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have a third level qualification and HR admin experience or at least 1 years office administration experience
