Hays HR is currently working alongside a leading employer in Co Tyrone in their search for a new HR Business Partner. This human resources job is a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave. This organisation is looking an experienced HR Generalist/Business Partner who will act as an integral member of the HR team. This HR job will provide you the opportunity to gain wide-ranging HR experience with an expanding organisation.
Your new role
As the new HR Business Partner you will provide comprehensive HR advice to management and staff across all aspects of the HR remit. Liaising with senior management, you will work strategically to ensure that the HR function continues to be forward-facing and delivers for both staff and management.. You will create talent pipelines across the business by working across the full recruitment cycle. Furthermore, you will also support the HR team with all employee relations matters as and when required.
What you'll need to succeed
As the ideal candidate you will have two years operating within a busy HR department. You will also have operated in a similar working environment. However, candidates from all sectors are encouraged to apply. Being CIPD qualified is desirable but not essential.
