Hays are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, global manufacturing company to recruit a HR Advisor to join their expanding HR Team. This is a full time, permanent role based at their Omagh site.
Your new role
As HR Advisor the purpose of your role will be to advise and support managers in all day to day operational HR matters, acting as a true business partner. Whilst managing the day to day operational aspects of HR you will also be involved in a project capacity to ensure HR is 'adding value' long term. This is a key hire for the organisation and you will be working closely with stakeholders to understand business and operational efficiencies and in turn improve business performance by driving the people agenda to achieve business results.
What you'll need to succeed
As HR Advisor you will be a CIPD qualified HR professional or at least working towards CIPD qualification, you will have previous experience within a manufacturing environment, have extensive employee relations experience, combined with strong NI legislation knowledge. Your previous experience should illustrate a track record of acting as a true HR business partner where you have provided operational HR support. A HR related degree is also advantageous.
