The Head of Marketing will be an inspirational and creative leader who can guide and develop a busy marketing department. The head of Marketing will be responsible for developing a comprehensive marketing strategy, focused on increasing all brand equity, in order to ensure that the company meets its ambitious sales targets for growth and profitability.
We are looking for a Head of Marketing who can lead all marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects. Responsibilities include developing plans to help establish the brand and allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals.

- You will have a passion and desire to develop your career in a fast paced, high performance environment.
- You will have at least 5 years previous experience as a Marketing Manager, ideally within the construction industry.
- You will have a recognised Marketing qualification, ideally at Post-Graduate level
