MCS Group is recruiting an Applications Engineer to join our client, a premium brand engineering business who have an excellent reputation in the market place for their high quality solutions within the materials waste and processing sector.

As an Applications Engineer you will provide both application and technical advice to customers, technology partners and internal colleagues on a range of bespoke waste applications and processing equipment.

You will join a well-established team where you will have the opportunity to work closely with international partners, sales teams, costing team and senior management team to help drive and achieve business growth.

The successful candidate: -

• You will hold a Higher National Certificate (HNC) or above in Mechanical Engineering with experience gained in process design, and a good ability with CAD systems.
• You will need good experience and capability with Microsoft Office including excel, word, PowerPoint and MS Teams with good working knowledge of using presentation applications eg Prezi or similar.
• You will also demonstrate that you have a strong degree of commercial acumen to foster and grow client relationships alongside good interpersonal skills.
