Your new role
As the new Process Engineer you will be taking on a key role in which you will focus on plant optimisation, commissioning, equipment selection and performance estimations. You will work closely with customers to decide on plant layout, process flow and equipment training. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong practical engineering skills for the on-site element in conjunction with strong analytical skills for the process design and evaluation aspects. In you day-to-day role you will provide customers with application support, work closely with customers and distributors and gather / collate application data. It is your responsibility to ensure correct equipment is selected to suit required applications and prepare Visio and AutoCAD layout drawings. You will also prepare of AggFlow simulations, prepare P&ID layouts and investigate new applications for existing products
What you'll need to succeed
To successfully secure the Process Engineers role you should be coming ideally with a Degree in Engineering, a minimum of 3 years industry experience and previous experience with crushing and screening equipment. You should have a high level of advanced problem solving skills and experience of packages such as AggFlow, Microsoft Visio, AutoCAD and/or Creo/Pro-Engineer.
