Salary £23.5K per annum (increasing to £24.5k on successful completion of probation period)
37.5 Hours Per Week
Our client specialises in the delivery of back to work and employability initiatives. As a result of continued growth, they wish to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Co-ordinator for their Community Family Support Programme (CFSP). The CFSP is part funded by the European Social Fund and Department for Economy.
Responsible for the daily operational delivery of our client’s CFSP in Mid Ulster reporting to the CFSP Operations Manager.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Direct line management of a regional CFSP team (per district council area).
Facilitate and chair case review meetings.
Compile monthly operational reports and maintain accurate records.
Conduct frequent Quality/Compliance audits/observations.
Market & promote CFSP generating ongoing participant referrals.
Report outcomes against performance.
Work in a confidential and professional manner whilst adhering to safeguarding guidelines.
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with relevant statutory, community and voluntary organisations.
Attend and participate in external meetings with stakeholders.
Develop and sustain effective working relationships within the CFSP Team and other staff.
Adhere to and uphold our client’s Code of Conduct, policies, procedures and values at all times.

Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Health/Social Care, Family Support, Youth Work, Social Work or other relevant discipline plus.
4 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grade C or above to include English.
Experience of successfully supervising/managing a team within a relevant business area.
Experience of designing/delivering holistic needs-led support to clients seeking employment/training.
Experience of lone-working.
Experience of working to and understanding safeguarding policies and procedures.
Experience of delivering presentations to external bodies.
Experience of compiling accurate and timely financial claims/reports.
Job related Knowledge:
Strong knowledge and ability to use IT packages including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Skills and Competencies:
Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes or ability to demonstrate alternative method of being able to fulfil any travel related duties of the role.
