Based in Co. Tyrone, this highly regarded medium sized contractor, specialise in premium building services across the commercial, residential, social housing, education and heritage sectors. Due to continual growth, this company have a requirement for a Contracts Manager to join them on a full time, permanent basis. Our client has an enviable and secure project pipeline with a full order book well into 2017. The company has a clear and defined business model set exclusively within N.I. As a result no UK travel will be required.
Your new role
As a Contracts Manager you will join a highly capable and professional senior management structure. You will be given full operational and commercial responsibility for a minimum of 3 projects and be tasked with managing client expectation from initial brief, through design, construction, handover and final account. You will manage key accounts to ensure a continued high level of repeat business. The successful candidate will further develop a settled and experienced site team and ensure that quality, finish and delivery are consistently maintained. You will be expected to forge strong relationships with design teams and consultancy bodies
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in securing this role you will need to have had previous contractual experience and proven track record of taking projects through from initial stages, right through until handover. Previous experience in acting in a client facing role, ideally within a social housing environment will be preferable. Additionally you should be a driven and motivated individual who possesses a strong organisational skill set, have strong ICT skills and be technically proficient with contract forms.
