They are seeking to add to their senior management structure with a Contracts Manager who will continue to develop client relationships and drive repeat business & also help expand upon an already strong brand awareness in ensuring projects are completed to the highest quality.


Your new role
Due to a large volume of residential projects set to commence in 2021, our client requires an experienced Contracts Manager, with a strong background in social & high-end private residential contracts to join their senior management team. This company expect that you will be proficient in the management of multiple live sites and will have working knowledge with a range of contracts.


What you'll need to succeed
Strong client liaison skills and ability to integrate requirements into live works are essential, due to our client's focus on customer satisfaction. In order to be successful you will have a demonstrable track record in delivering budgetary troubleshooting advice and cost-saving solutions on ongoing projects, as well as being able to comfortably maintain a complete grasp of all phasing and programming details.
