Civils Planner required - Co.Tyrone with remote working available

A County Tyrone based Contractor who are part of a wider UK Group that have a turnover of circa £35m are growing their portfolio of works in 2021. Now seeking to employ a Civils Planner to oversee multiple schemes and tenders this is an excellent role for skilled Planner.

Your new role
Reporting to the senior management team, the Civils Planner will support the company by identifying, controlling and forecasting timescales and resource requirements whilst implementing best practice project planning policy, processed and procedures during the full life cycle of projects from tender through to completion.
Working with modern systems including 4d sequencing you will help the growth of the business by efficient / detailed programming and innovative tender plans with the technology available. You will provide support planning functions ensuring that issues or irregularities within the programme are highlighted and understood by all.
The successful candidate will represent the company at client meetings and assist in the continuous improvement of safety and performance.
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrate relevant previous experience in Civils or Construction planning
Have an open mind to progressive new planning techniques such as 4d sequencing.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of the construction / civils process from inception to completion of a project. Demonstrate a good IT knowledge and be strong in a one of if not multiple planning software tools
Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail whilst reviewing and compiling programme solutions.
Possess good communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
Ability to work on own initiative and remotely if required
