This large, successful and rapidly growing manufacturing business now require an Accounts Assistant to join an established team due to ongoing growth and developments.
Your new role
This position will report to the Credit Manager and you will be responsible for generating and issuing invoices to customers on a daily basis ensuring payments are received and allocated accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks. Duties will include processing & allocating payments, daily reports, dispute resolution and covering over team duties when required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need excellent professional communication skills - written and verbal. Working knowledge of excel, outlook, word and preferably sage. Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to prioritise work and exercise good time management skills. Previous experience in Accounts receivable or other finance roles would be highly favourable
