Are you an experienced accounts administrator who really enjoys working in a varied role? Do you want to join a rapidly growing company based in the Cookstown area?
Your next role could be with a building services company based just on the outskirts of Cookstown but with multiple high-end projects ongoing across the UK & Ireland. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to add to the team in the office. Working closely with the MD, contracts manager and accountant, this role will be really varied and no two days are likely to be the same. You'll handle incoming calls from clients and main contractors and handle queries as well as supporting the accountant with invoicing, chasing up payments, processing payments, bank recs, inputting details from timesheets, get together reports for the management team and general office admin. You'll also be able to get involved in preparing quotes and tenders.
As it's a small team in the office, it's a "roll up your sleeves" kind of place so if you're a see something to do kind of person you'll fit right in (prima donnas need not apply). The accountant works three days a week and the engineers can be out at sites quite a lot so you'll also be someone who is quite self-sufficient and pretty confident (but not arrogant). Experience with Sage would be brilliant and you'll also need to be pretty good with either MS Excel or Numbers as these guys use MACs rather than Windows. Experience in the construction industry would be great but it's not essential. Salary is negotiable based on experience, there's plenty of free parking and there are plenty of shops and cafes handy for any mid-morning munchies attacks.
