A fantastic opportunity to work for a passionate, innovative company based in Enniskillen with a fantastic company culture. This organisation is a market leader in their industry. Due to expansion they are recruiting for a Office Manager on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing a team of 2 office juniors, delegating tasks to direct administration support. You will arrange travel, accommodation and diary's for management team, co-ordinate site visits.
You will arrange internal meetings, ensure board room has correct facilities. You will also manage the budget for expenses, complete weekly reports, deal with and resolve any escalated issues and any other administration duties as requested
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a 3rd level qualification is a business administration discipline, 3 years experience in a office supervisory role, experience of managing budgets and excellent analytical skills
