Your new role
The Building Manager is an important Supervisory role within the operation delivery team and will report directly to the Estates Manager. The role will require Planned and Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive work (items of repair), in relation to the building fabric and grounds or equipment operation, to have the correct resources appointed and for the work to be completed to a good quality standard within the time limits defined within the Contract. Identify faults and take steps to rectification and recovery of monies under the Contract Requirements. Review and revise maintenance schedules to comply with the Contract. Overall responsibility for the costing and completion of small works and projects.
