The Role: The current requirement is for a minimum period of 8-12 weeks ongoing. This specific role will entail the following duties:
- Professional front of house representation/ reception.
- Handling incoming calls.
- Managing calendars in accordance to appointments.
- Assist in general administration - petty cash; post management & filing/ archiving.
- Secretarial typing.
