The role of HR Administrator is an entry-level HR position which is focused around updating employee documents, assisting with recruitment and selection whilst supporting the HR BPs. The business has a highly busy and interesting environment where no 2 days are the same. This role will also require general adhoc admin support with reporting responsibilities. You will work in a great team surrounded by experts in their field.
The right person for this role will be a competent administrator with experience of managing confidential data and with a strong working proficiency within MS Excel. The desirable criteria for this role is a candidate coming with a degree level qualification in either HR or business. Whilst a degree is not essential, previous experience working within HR admin is.
