- Making appointments
- Case management work
- Listening to digital dictation and generating letters
- Answering busy switchboard
- Meeting and Greeting clients
- Previous relevant experience as Receptionist / Secretary
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- IT literate including Word and Excel
- Experience within a busy solicitors office advantageous.
