MCS Group are proud to be working with a world-leading Sports Tech company as we look for a Lead Automated QA Engineer to join the team. As the Lead QA Engineer, you will play a key and technically strategic role in this company during a period of rapid expansion.

Our client is a market leading software provider within the sports industry. Whilst they are a globally recognised brand in the sports industry, they are at their heart a Software House. Although already very successful in their industry and truly setting the standard, they have significant plans to further improve their technical offerings and products.
Customers drive this company daily and they pride themselves on listening to their feedback. As a result, they have created the world's leading platform for GPS player tracking and analysis equipment.
With rapid expansion happening this year, our client is looking for an Automated QA Engineer to build out their Automation frameworks and to drive this throughout the wider software team.
This role would suit a QA Engineer with experience in Test Automation who is interested in working in an environment that they can lead the implementation of test automation and take the next step in their career.
You will be joining an existing team of talented developers and QA Engineers who are consistently producing high quality code and testing to a high standard.
With the company's expansion plans, the QA team will be impacted by that. This will give you the opportunity to grow the Automation function and team with you at the centre of that.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a Test Engineer position and be able to demonstrate your experience in Test Automation, ideally in a Greenfield environment.
You will be able to demonstrate your passion and drive to expand your knowledge through self-learning and development.
Whilst maybe not a Lead, you will be able to demonstrate having taken the lead on certain projects and been an advocate of QA and industry recognised best practices.
