About the opportunity-

• With a phenomenal portfolio of existing products and significant investment in R&D to launch new products annually, this is an opportunity for individuals to join us to grow and develop their career in a global company.
• You will monitor critical IT services to ensure events are pro-actively managed and service downtime
• minimised.
• You can provide IT systems support through effective incident, service request, problem and change
• management to end-users at agreed service levels.
• Responsibilities will include management of all incidents, problems, service requests and change requests that are allocated to you to the agreed service level.
• You will have the knowledge and confidence to escalate unresolved incidents, problems, service requests and change requests to the Senior IT Systems Support Analyst or IT Service Delivery Manager.
• What techs will I be supporting? Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL Server systems, industry-standard Service Desk Platform (vFire, Remedy) microsoft Server Platforms, Active Directory, LAN/WAN, Virtualisation
• {VMWare / Citrix ZenApp) and Backup (Symantec BackupExec / Veeam} Technologies. IT Asset Management / CMDB Administration and reporting.
• You will be responsible for completing all work in accordance with GxP requirements (GMP, GLP, GCP and GPvP} and any required standards using the appropriate SOPs, methods and tools.

About you-

You are an experienced network engineer with 5 years experience, ideally in a production or regulated environment

Or,

You are an experienced application support analyst with 3 years experienced supporting users bespoke or out of the box applications in a commercial setting
