First Choice Selection Services have an excellent opportunity for a Timber Yard Office Manager to join an expanding company based in Dromore.
To be responsible in the day to day running of a busy office carrying out administration, financial and customer service tasks.
· Dealing with correspondence and queries – via email, by telephone or face to face
· Preparation of reports
· Liaising with customers, suppliers and staff members
· Implementing and maintaining company procedures
· Use of company computer systems
· Delegation of tasks
· Attending meetings with Company Directors and Senior Managers
· Ensuring the companies health and safety policy is implemented and followed
· Recording of information – Staff personnel records and client information
· General day to day Administration
· Good communication and customer service skills
· Proficient in Excel and MS Office
· Good problem solving skills and ability to use own initiative
· Previous experience working in an office environment preferable within a timber or builders yard
· Excellent leadership skills whilst being a team player
· Clean driving licence
· Sage experience preferable
· 3rd level education
8am – 5pm Monday – Friday
