A fantastic opportunity to work for a large organisation based in Portadown. This organisation is a market leader in their industry. Due to expansion they are recruiting for a Office Administrator on a permanent basis. There is fantastic career progression opportunities. Starting salary for this role is £16,500.
Your new role
You will be responsible for answering all phone calls, dealing with customer queries, resolving any issues, matching invoices to delivery dockets, maintaining their filing system, faxing, photocopying.
You will be responsible for word processing letters and sending to customers, dealing with all office correspondence, maintaining and updating customer database, data entry.
You will assist with administration support to all other departments including the accounts and sales department.
Hours of work are 8-5 Monday Friday.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have 2 years experience in a similar role. You will have excellent organisational and planning skills and excellent attention to detail. You will be proficient in all Microsoft packages including word, excel
