Customer service Administrator - Armagh
Your new company
This company is a very ambitious wholesale company recently established 2 years ago, however the owners have 15 years experience in the industry and are very passionate about what they do and very excited about the future plans of the business and it is a very exciting time to join the company. Due to expansion they are recruiting for a customer service administrator on a permanent basis. Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.30-5. Salary is £20k
Your new role
You will be responsible for answering customer calls, taking customer orders, processing orders on their bespoke system, invoicing customers. Customers and potential new customers will phone looking quotes on products and equipment so you will liaise with management team and get quotes to customers and you will also deal with customers coming onsite.
You will also deal with suppliers, chase suppliers with stock queries and also ensure deliveries are being sent out to customers and any other general customer service and administration duties.
