Our client based in the Co Armagh area requires experienced Administration Assistants for immediate starts.
- Maintaining databases
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Assisting department Manager
- Sending and replying to emails
- Typing correspondence
- General administration related to the role
- Educated to GCSE level to include English and Maths, grade A-C
- Minimum of one year administration experience in a busy office environment
- IT literate to include Word and Excel
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills on telephone and face to face
- Must be a team player
