MCS Group are recruiting for a passionate EHS Manager to join our manufacturing client. In this role you will be the main contact for Health and Safety for the company in Northern Ireland, implementing positive improvement across the entire business.
Within this role, you will have the opportunity to implement, develop and continually improve processes and policies in line with accredited ISO standards. You will be required to use both pro-active and re-active methods along with audits to meet KPIs and analyse performance.
There is a strong emphasis on the environmental management within the role; this will include pollution, waste management, and energy conversation.
You will provide training and support to all employees across the business, motivating and encouraging managers of the importance of safety measures.
You will have:
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
- NEBOSH qualification
- Environmental management knowledge
- Negotiating skills
- A passion for Health and Safety
