With ownership of high-quality machines and plants installed on more than 45,000 occasions globally they are leading specialists in wastewater treatment. With three additional bases across the UK, the company here in Northern Ireland are eager to expand their established and reputable team by appointing a Mechanically biased Field Service Engineer with basic electrical skills.
Your new role
As a field service engineer with mechanical bias, you will be travelling across Northern Ireland and occasionally ROI and will carry out site visits to undertake inspections and carry out mechanical and electrical service, fitting and installation work. You will enjoy the hands-on aspect of the role working with specialist equipment, while also being involved in job preparation. You will also have a high level of responsibility managing the relationship with the client on site while also working with suppliers and contractors.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a multi-skilled engineer comfortable with taking on any mechanical, fitting and welding tasks with basic electrical. You will have to be a confident individual willing to learn the market you're in as relationships with clients and suppliers are crucial to business success. It would be ideal if you have an NVQ Level 3 in Engineering but is not essential to apply.
