We are currently recruiting for a Clerical Officer for the Armagh area. This will be a full-time temporary role ongoing role, Monday to Friday consisting of 36 hours per week.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-A Clerical Officer will be expected to use a wide range of modern office technology to get the job done - PCs, e-mail, scanning and modern phone systems. They may need to work as part of a team, and their duties may involve dealing with queries from the public, receiving and making phone calls, filing, photocopying, processing claims, reception duties and many other kinds of office administration. Clerical Officers, particularly those assigned to public offices have to be able to cope with pressures faced in a busy work environment
- A minimum of 5 GCSE's (Grades A - C) or equivalent or higher in Business/Administration or Finance
-A minimum of 3 years' experience in a paid capacity of working in an administrative role in an office environment including practical use of computers.
