On behalf of our client Brook Street are recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to handle inbound calls and deal with customer enquiries. The ideal candidate will be IT literate and have the ability to develop a rapport quickly with customers and solve any technical issues.
Most importantly our client needs someone who can provide the best in customer service and make their customer feel valued and understood. Duties will include:
- Handle customer enquiries across a broad range of topics.
- Deliver outstanding performance in the contact centre by consistently striving to exceed agreed targets
- Use questioning and listening skills to make a judgment on the best solution or action to a customer’s query
- Be proactive and proficient in promoting products, services and solutions at all times.
Candidates will need to be able to work rotating shift pattern which will include occasional evenings and weekends.
