Hays have been retained by one of Northern Irelands leading specialist subcontractors to source a Contracts Manager based throughout Northern Ireland. The company has been successfully trading for over 30 years and have become renowned for their delivery of projects from supply to fit & finish. Due to consistent growth they have a requirement to expand their senior operational management team on a permanent basis at Contracts Manager level.
Your new role
As a Contracts Manager with this firm you will be given the responsibility to deliver projects in the leisure, hotel, healthcare and retail sectors for some prestigious clients. The role is very much based on delivery to the highest quality and ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standard whilst also being commercially viable.
What you'll need to succeed
As a Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the allocation and productivity of labour, scheduling, health & safety and client liaison. It is expected that you will have a demonstrable career history in delivering multiple projects simultaneously from initial meeting through to final account. Previous experience working within a subcontractor environment is desirable to fulfil this role.
