Your new company
Hays Specialist Recruitment, Portadown, are working on behalf of a large manufacturing business based in County Armagh as they seek to introduce an Accounts Technician to the existing Finance team.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller you will be an integral part of a the accounts support team in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the finance function. You will enjoy a very busy, hands-on role with responsibilities including, preparing management accounts, bank reconciliations, balance sheets, stock reconciliations, cost analysis and high quality reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will demonstrable previous knowledge and experience in the above areas along with Microsoft excel skills. You will need strong communication skills and an analytical approach. An Accounting Technician qualification would be desirable but previous practical experience will also be considered.
