Due to continued growth, the business is now on the market for a Customer Care Administrator to work within their highly regarded customer care team. This is a critical role for the organisation as it is responsible for building rapport with the businesses varied client base and encouraging a customer-centre environment. The role of Customer Service Administrator requires someone organised, charismatic and someone who loves working with people to solve problems.
The right person for this role will be a confident customer service professional with experience gained working with high data volumes. The successful candidate will have a strong Excel skill set and minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths.
