MCS Group is currently working alongside one of the UK's leading diagnostic testing companies to recruit an Inside Sales Executive as they experience a period of sustained growth. Full-time, permanent position with a base salary of £25k and OTE of £50k.

Core responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver professional sales activity to grow sales across the business
• Actively prospect for new business from both new and existing clients
• Respond to inbound enquiries an efficient and effective manner
• Identify and contact prospective customers ensuring a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of clients and identify products best suited to them
• Attend and proactively contribute to internal meetings and groups
• Update and maintain personal knowledge across all products and services

Criteria:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role - preferably within the medical/healthcare industry
• Ability to generate new business through both outbound and inbound activity
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced sales environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain long lasting customer relationships
