FMCG Sales, Off Trade Business Developer, 6 Month fixed term contract

Your new role
You will be accountable for building relationships with an existing account base, aiming to identify and maximise new business opportunities. The role involves extensive travel focused on the County Fermanagh, Tyrone and Armagh region and you will be responsible for completion of account visits as per daily journey plan, ensuring the highest levels of will manage, expand and develop the customer call file across the region and ensure the distribution of brands within all accounts and introducing new products where will make use of all supporting tools to achieve best in class visibility for our client's brand portfolio, and report on information relating to the market, competitors and the will maintain high standards of appearance, behaviour and discipline and adhere to all company policies and procedures, plus any other responsibilities required to carry out your role successfully.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have knowledge of the Off-Premise environment, and experience of working within a Field Sales or FMCG environment is beneficial. You will have a strong customer & teamwork focus with ability to build relationships and rapport with both, the ability to maintain high levels of productivity, and possess a can-do attitude. You will have strong planning and organisation skills, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, the ability to work to your own initiative and be a self-starter. Proficiency in the use of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential, and be able to work well to your own initiative in a fast-paced environment. You must be eligible to drive in Northern Ireland/Ireland and have a full clean driver's license. Due to the nature of the Company, business times of work may vary, and employees are expected to be reasonably available to work outside normal working hours from time to time.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a market leading salary of £25,000 pa (pro rata) plus bonus with company car, laptop, iPad/iPhone. This is a 6 month contract until March 2022.
