The main purpose of the Receptionist role is to be the first point of contact with the public either by telephone or as the customer enters our offices. The successful candidate will ensure customers are greeted promptly, efficiently and professionally. The receptionist will also field all calls and enquiries coming into the business and re-direct them accordingly. There will also be the opportunity to take on additional administration duties, these will be varied and span across a number of departments within the organisation.About you...
- You will have at least one year's previous experience in a reception role.
- Possess previous switchboard experience.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrate experience of working with MS Office packages.
- Have previous administration experience.
- Experience working within the motor industry.
