Complete all necessary internal microbiological & analytical testing as required .
Complete all routine lab based checks & document findings.
Complete & issue alerts depending on the results & findings of all tests & complete CAPAs for the same.
Always maintain a safe & clean environment.
Follow H&S instructions provided & safeguard your own H&S and that of others who may be affected by your actions.
Ensure food safety & HACCP standards are always maintained and CAPA's complete where deviations have occurred.
Monitor waste processes and report any deviance's from legal compliance.
Must have the following;
Min Level 2 Food Safety qualification
Min Level 2 HACCP Qualification
Recognised H&S qualification to IOSH standard or above.
Must have knowledge;
Experience in a Technical / Quality Supervisory role within the food/drinks industry
Previous Lab Experience & QA experience
Previous experience of working to BRC and major retailer standards
