Your new role
Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall marketing for the Republic of Ireland website. You will be responsible for creating and implementing annual online marketing plans, managing and developing online brand perception amongst new and existing audiences, managing the customer database, liaising with the design team to produce content such as catalogues. You will be identifying opportunities for offline communication and advertising, creating email marketing strategy and campaigns, PPC, monitoring performance and customer behaviour to identify opportunities. Creating a SEO strategy to increase traffic and relevancy of content, creating social media calendar and managing the company's social media accounts, bench marking analysis to identify opportunities for growth, as well as any other activity to increase marketing performance.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have an all-round marketing background, ideally experienced working within the Republic of Ireland market. You will be experienced in Google Analytics and have experience of online marketing campaign management, budgeting, and market development. You will be a self-starter and someone who is not afraid to share ideas, and the ability to work both self-sufficiently and as part of a team. You will have a strong work ethic and will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships internally & externally and desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment. You will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal and be proficient in the core MS Office programs.

This role is based remotely and will have the opportunity to travel to the company offices in England, Holland and Slovakia. Working hours are 8:30am-5pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:30am-4pm on Friday. This is a 6 month full time contract, with the view to go permanent.
