They are looking for motivated individuals who want to work in an environment where no two days are the same! You will be tasked with providing Second Line Support to clients across the UK and Ireland - you will work with some of the biggest names and join the company at a time of huge growth.
As a Technical Support Engineer you will provide 2nd Line support to clients across a variety of different technologies, ensuring you are delivering the highest standard of customer service, and dealing with issues in a timely manner. You will be required to assist other teams if required to, so someone with strong networking experience is desirable.
The successful candidate will have at least 2+ year's experience within a support role and knowledge of the following:
- Configuring Routers and Switches
- Windows Servers
- Microsoft Exchange
- Office 365
- Active Directory
